Our philosophy is to bring together simple ingredients, creative flavors, and a relaxed Lower East Side atmosphere. During the day, guests can stop by for classic coffee, matcha drinks, yuzu iced tea, orange americano, and other specialty beverages. By night, On Lab becomes a cozy bistro serving signature hand tacos such as crab taco, eel taco, crab and tempura taco, and tempura taco, made with fresh ingredients and balanced flavors.
